NEW PICS: Outtakes of Robert Pattinson, Reese Witherspoon & Tai from Entertainment Weekly

SO cute!
They look amazing!
So dashing!
Simply stunning...

Quotes from EW

”[Water for Elephants] makes you think about opportunities and missed opportunities and how important it is to live a full life.” —Reese Witherspoon

”That was the other thing about Water for Elephants. There was something about the posture of the ’30s, something that I felt my body could fit into — it was quite languid, which I find easier. I think modern-day things generally, I don’t understand. I can watch actors move and there’s something, there’s some kind of snappy thing to it and I don’t… I’m not snappy. There is a lack of snappiness.” —Robert Pattinson

”There’s something about her. She’s just this genuinely nice person. I don’t know if she puts an effort into creating a nice aura, but her mood dissipates over the whole set. It was a completely different environment from when she wasn’t there. All the kids and the animals were just drawn to her.” —Pattinson talking about Witherspoon

”He’s dedicated. And he loves what he does. It’s amazing, he got such an incredible opportunity so young and he intends to use every bit of it to make creative choices from here on out.” —Witherspoon talking about Pattinson

”Well, it’s a boy thing, right? To have dirty fingernails and dirty hair, and his clothes were dirty all the time. It was a nice escape for him to be tan and in the sun all the time instead of the vampire gear.” —Witherspoon talking about Pattinson

  • Beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. All three of them. But… Rob standing alone in that suit? *DED* That picture screams Packinson (and/or Fifty). Or maybe that was me screaming. Robably both 😉

  • These are gorgeous. I have a limited vocabulary because of them.

They are all gorgeous, but in my humble opinion the 4th demonstrates that simplicity is often a good thing where he is concerned. No distractions, just one sexy MF.

  • PDXMadeline

    They are both so photogenic.

Am i the only one who thinks these pictures look soooo weird? I think they look like cardboard cut-outs! Beautiful cardboard cut-outs, don’t get me wrong, but just.. There’s no shadows! Not real looking at all. Looks like a really bad photoshop work, like someone just planted them to the background. Were they even together in this shoot? Aaah so weird =D

    • Kacey

I agree, the first one looks like RP was “dropped in” and not in the original shoot. Still looks good, though.

      • Probably was photoshopped in, but each element is still gorgeous:)

  • I need to hurry up and read this book before the film comes out. Everyone keeps raving about it. Been hesitant to read any amount of text that shows animal cruelty. (Great Depression….circus….animals) Thanks for sharing these photos. Beautiful subjects, no doubt, but I was struck by how gorgeous the photography is.

    • Texas Twi-mom

read it tonight! I re-read it all ready! the tears will fall during the movie!

  • Janners

I love these pictures – they’re both so beautiful!

    ……but not Rob’s plaid suit….somewhere out there, there’s a Volkwagon without its seat covers……

    • somanywards

OMR! thank you for saying that bb*
someone mentioned photo shop…the suit looks like auto fill?
      -ducks flying objects-
      guess that’s why their outtakes

      • Janners

Whoever put Rob into it should be shot and pissed on. That’s like wrapping a Tiffany diamond in newspaper. Doesn’t change the beauty of the diamond but the presentation is lacking.

  • erili

bellas fotoss me encantan ya quiero ver esta peliiii que estoy segura que es excelentee

  • yoliee48

  • Llama

Reese must be a tiny little person, she makes Rob look like an absolute giant in the second picture! And his suit in the first one cracks me up. He looks like William Blake the accountant.

  • Texas Twi-mom

the black suit…..drooooooooooooool! he is well… there aren’t enough words to describe him!

  • alex

Beautiful, simply beautiful. The casting team did a wonderful job.

Haha snappyness.. But he’s right. He suits the roll of Jacob well.

  • Oh, WOW! I love these pictures of Reese and Rob in Water for Elephants. I’m up to chapter 9 right now, just after the horse incident. It’s such a vivid circus atmosphere that Sara Gruen has written so far. I don’t even realize how long I’ve been reading before a couple of hours are gone already. I’m happy to be including the hard back copy of her book in one of my contests at my website. It will be a nice plus for anyone that wants to read a great story.

  • Alice87

I love Rob, I love Reese, I love Tai, I love the checkered suit AND I adore the book!

    Nuff said.

  • ginger

love the lack of snappiness comment. for anyone out there who hasnt read the book – you are really missing out.
I LOVED the book and I know robs going to be excellent as Jacob. Cannot wait to see this movie. and then will be waiting for the dvd release.
Now if they would just get on the ball and release Bel Ami I will be a happy gal.
